Breaks for Nursing Mothers Eligibility

If you are a nursing mother, you are entitled to take reasonable paid break time from work to express breast milk for your nursing child. Venable will provide you with a private room or location in close proximity to your work area to express milk in privacy. Employees who would like to take breastfeeding break time must give notice to Venable and should do so prior to returning to work after childbirth. You are eligible for this benefit for up to three (3) years. See here for our lactation policy.
