Using Leave Once Public Health Emergency Leave is granted to you in accordance with the ordinance’s requirements, you can use the leave immediately, regardless of how long you have been employed at the Firm. You may use this leave before using other accrued paid leave or you may voluntarily choose to use other accrued paid leave before using Public Health Emergency Leave. For foreseeable absences, you must provide reasonable notice to your supervisor.
