Employee Sick (Kin Care) Leave - Chicago

You may use your paid sick leave for absences due to a family member’s illness, injury, or medical appointment. A family member includes a child, spouse, domestic partner, sibling, parent, parent-in-law, grandchild, grandparent, or stepparent. The Firm prohibits any retaliation against you for using sick leave benefits to care for a relative described above.
