Breaks for Nursing Mothers - Chicago

If you are a nursing mother, you are entitled to take reasonable break time each day to express breast milk for your infant child(ren), unless providing such breaks would unduly disrupt operations. Venable will provide you with a room or location, other than a toilet stall, in close proximity to the work area, where you can express milk in privacy.

The Firm will not take any adverse action against an employee who makes a request for lactation accommodation.
