Paid Sick and Safe Leave - New York

New York Paid Safe and Sick Leave This Paid Safe and Sick Leave policy applies to all New York employees. To the extent any provision of this New York Paid Safe and Sick Leave policy conflicts with the Firm’s general Sick Leave policy, the terms of this policy control for all New York employees. Amount of Leave Full-time employees will earn 8 days of paid safe and sick leave each calendar year, which are accrued at the rate of .667 days per full month of employment. Part-time employees and Firm temporary employees accrue one hour of paid safe and sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 56 hours.

Paid safe and sick leave will be paid at the employee’s regular rate of pay.
