FAMILY AND MEDICAL LEAVE ACT POLICY Venable will provide Family and Medical Leave to its eligible employees. The Firm posts the mandatory FMLA Notice required by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) on Employee Rights and Responsibilities under the Family and Medical Leave Act in both the kitchen/break area and on the Firm intranet. The function of this policy is to provide you with a general description of your FMLA rights. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the applicable law, you will be afforded all rights required by law.
