Backup Care Advantage Program

Venable partners with the Bright Horizons to offer the Backup Care Advantage Program, which provides backup care for infants through the elderly, whether they are healthy or mildly ill, and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Adult family members need not reside in the home of the employee to be eligible. Because the Firm is subsidizing the cost of the program, home care will cost the participant $10 per hour (for up to three dependents) and center-based care will cost the participant $20 per day per child/adult or $35 per day for multiple children.
