Military Leave - New York

An employee is eligible for such leave if they work, on average, 20 hours or more per week. The employee must also be the spouse of a member of the armed forces of the United States, the National Guard or military reserves who has been deployed during a period of military conflict to a combat theater or combat zone. An employee is entitled to this leave when their military spouse is on leave from military service. Eligible employees are entitled take up to 10 days of unpaid leave.
