Witness Leave - Chicago

You may take unpaid leave if you are a witness to a crime and attend court under subpoena. You will not be terminated from your employment or otherwise penalized for time lost from regular employment as a result of your attendance as a witness under subpoena issued in any criminal proceeding relating to the crime.
