Emancipation Day Leave - Washington, D.C.

You are entitled to a day of unpaid leave each year on April 16, the District of Columbia Emancipation Day, provided you provide at least 10 days’ notice in advance to your supervisor. Leave may be denied if granting the leave would disrupt Venable’s business and make the achievement of production or service delivery unusually difficult. You may use paid PTO in lieu of unpaid leave.
